Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
The Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
The item(s) must be returned with all original hang tag still attached including the original packaging (dustbags) received with the order. The hang tag must still be intact and attached to the returned item(s). Item(s) returned without an intact hang tag will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the costumer at their expense.
We reserve the right to refuse return applications for returns that not comply with all terms and conditions. In case of non – compliant returns the item(s) will be returned to the customer at the shipping address specified in the original order, at the customer’s expense.
The right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on theamarena.com website is excluded in accordance with the art. 59 Italian Consumer Code relating to:
A) the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.
B) the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized upon express request of the buyer during the order phase.

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item(s) is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, in this way we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.
EXCHANGES
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item, once the return has been accepted, and making a separate purchase for the new one.
If the item(s) are shipped to the European Union, you could cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item(s) must be in the same condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
REFUNDS
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and we let you know if your refund has been approved. If it's approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund as well.
